1. Purpose
Codiste Pvt Ltd runs this website. Nobody may advertise or promote this website, its content, its services, or any related Codiste offering by spam or unsolicited bulk messages. What follows binds Codiste and everyone acting for it.
2. Scope
This policy covers every Codiste employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, partner, vendor, and service provider, and anyone else sending electronic communications for Codiste or on its behalf. Email counts. SMS counts. Messages across social or professional networks count. Sent one at a time or in bulk, they count.
3. Prohibited practices
None of this is allowed in connection with this website:
- Unsolicited bulk or mass advertising messages.
- False or misleading sender names, addresses, domains, subject lines, or routing information.
- Contact data obtained unlawfully, or used in breach of applicable law or of a provider's terms.
- Further promotional contact with a recipient who has asked for it to stop.
- Promotion of this website by spam or unsolicited bulk messages, by an employee, a partner, a vendor, or a third party.
- Use of the Codiste name, this domain, or its links inside spam or unsolicited bulk advertising.
4. Permitted communications
We send electronic messages only where the law allows, and only within these limits:
- Messages the recipient asked for or subscribed to.
- Individually relevant messages to a business contact inside an existing or prospective business relationship, in compliance with applicable law.
- Transactional, service, and administrative messages.
Every one names Codiste as sender, carries an accurate subject line, gives valid contact details and a physical postal address, and offers a plain way to opt out.
5. Opt-out
We act on opt-out requests promptly. An address that opts out goes on a suppression list and stays clear of further promotional messages, except where the law requires contact or where confirming the opt-out needs it. We keep suppression records so re-contact does not happen.
6. Third-party compliance
Anyone sending messages for Codiste or on its behalf follows this policy and every applicable communications and data-protection law. Engaging a third party gives that party no licence to use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading sender information, or any other prohibited practice to promote this website.
7. Reporting and enforcement
Report a message you believe breaches this policy to sidharth@codisteconsulting.tech. Send a copy of the message, the date and time it arrived, the sender address, and the full headers if you have them. We will investigate, stop any non-compliant activity, and may end the access or engagement of anyone in breach.
